We use a prescriptive approach to create a treatment plan that will best address the goals of each child, teen, adult, or family that we work with.  Treatment may involve one or more of the following:  Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Client-Centered/Child-Centered therapy, insight oriented therapy, psychological assessment, and other therapy techniques selected to meet the unique needs of each client.
